Seg­ment In­for­ma­tion Tech­nolo­gies moves to Kfar Saba

The in­ter­na­tional hi-tech com­pany Seg­ment In­for­ma­tion Tech­nolo­gies will trans­fer the cen­ter of op­er­a­tions in Is­rael to the O-TECH com­plex in Kfar Saba.

The com­pany rented 1,000 sq.m. for a pe­riod of 20 years in a trans­ac­tion es­ti­mated at NIS 20 mil­lion.

Seg­ment In­for­ma­tion Tech­nolo­gies is owned by Stav and Chen Sha­ham and deals with com­puter sys­tems in the man­age­ment of sup­ply chain pro­cesses. It owns sub­sidiaries and of­fices in Ro­ma­nia and South Africa.

The O-TECH project, es­tab­lished by Oshira, is a new com­plex for hi-tech, biotech and in­ter­na­tional com­pa­nies, in­clud­ing three of­fice build­ings, leisure cen­ter and en­ter­tain­ment and ca­ter­ing cen­ter with an area of more than 100,000 sq.m. The project value is about NIS 600m.
