Nel cuore di Milano cc-tapis affida l’allestimento del proprio showroom alla poliedrica artista Bethan Laura Wood che ha anche disegnato la Super Fake Collection ispirata ai meteoriti: ogni strato o sfaccettatura di questi tappeti è dato da una varietà di preziose tecniche di fabbricazione tramandate nei secoli dagli artigiani tibetani. Tra i progetti esposti ci sono gli affascinanti giochi di scale cromatiche di Slinkie di Patricia Urquiola, le esplorazioni di Ludovica e Roberto Palomba tra ricordi di viaggio e decori tribali della Tribù Collection e le geometrie di influenza nipponica di New Japan disegnate da Chiara Andreatti.

tion inspired by meteorites: each layer or facet of these products is the result of a variety of elaborate rug-making techniques handed down over centuries by Tibetan craft workers. The designs on display include Slinkie by Patricia Urquiola, with its intriguing colour effects, Ludovica and Roberto Palomba’s Tribù Collection that blend travel memories with tribal patterns and Chiara Andreatti’s
New Japan, with its Japanese-style geometric effects.
