La ex fortezza islamica del IX secolo, divenuta Patrimonio dell’Umanità dell’Unesco nel 1993, è da sempre attraversata dal Cammino di Santiago. L’intervento non si ferma al consolidamento ma include la musealizzazione delle affascinanti rovine e la loro valorizzazione turistica. Ruesting è un “camping diffuso” fra le rovine consolidate. Una fruizione del tutto innovativa che potrebbe riportare la vita fra le mura di queste vecchie case. (Clelia Bonardi)
