Sliding doors separate this space from the dining room, which offers fine views of the landscape. This zone features a Florinda suspension lamp (by Modo) designed by Annarosa Romano and Bruno Menegon. An “invisible” staircase leads to the upper level, containing five bedrooms (and bathrooms) and a playroom for watching films and listening to music. A new addition to the basement is a pool measuring 15 x 7 meters, in stone from Val Fex, with resin cement walls on three sides and large windows open to the lake. The ceiling is in stained pine, like a Finnish sauna, with a custom lamp by Catellani & Smith.
