Intimacy and view in Forestis
Stefan Hinteregger, with his wife Teresa, have elaborated their own original philosophy that was unveiled, immediately after the lockdown was removed, last July when Forestis, a luxury reatreat located at 1,800 meters above sea level, was presented to the public. The design took place with the collaboration of Armin Sader, owner of the Asaggio architecture studio, and today a new chapter has begun in the history of this receptive structure that reaffirms its link with the surrounding nature, through the almost exclusive use of materials locals. "In this situation that has affected the entire hospitality sector indiscriminately, we had the time to develop and refine an idea of hospitality that would enhance our concept of body and mind," say the two young owners, who have traveled around in recent years around the world to build a vision and a concept based on attentive service, in the old way, on the links with the genius loci: the people, the traditions and the nature of the place. The same coherence is expressed by the cuisine conceived by chef Roland Lamprecht, who finds the opportunity to express his culinary project based on the closeness and passion for the forest: the variety of ingredients, their naturalness and authenticity offer a result that enhances the restaurant, where each table guarantees intimacy and view, warm atmospheres and non- trivial details. In the bar, with lounge area and panoramic terrace, the small fireplaces are a comfort with a typically South Tyrolean style, designed to accompany the full flavor of a cocktail. The concept developed for wellness is inspired by the Celts, Indo-european peoples who are bearers of an original and articulated culture, who have always identified nature as their strong point. For this SPA it associates its treatments with the wood of four local trees, such as mountain pine and spruce. larch and stone pine. whose therapeutic essences and the four vibratory frequencies, combine with four healing stones, favor a deep relaxation and a state of well-being.
