The renovation project of the property was assigned to the architects Nicoletta de Molli and Giuseppe Molinari, who were inspired by the local landscape to give new life to the building and the surrounding area. The restaurant and relais are the result of the renovation of an old tower and an extension inserted within the natural profile of the hill. 20 rooms that show a set of details designed and cared for in order to give richness to the environment, while maintaining a discreet and elegant sobriety. The warm tones of nature and the colors of the forest characterize the furniture, made of simple lines and natural materials. Chestnut wood, leather, iron, stone: the elements that are at the heart of the estate and inspire the activities that are practiced there every day. The fabrics are reminiscent of linen, hemp canvas and jute: the light gently filters through the barely transparent curtains and allows you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. The large terraces of the rooms, all facing south, slope down to scale, surrounded by luxuriant vegetation made of chestnut, walnut and oak trees, and enjoy a suggestive and unusual panorama. This wonderful view can also be observed from the large windows of the Quercus Restaurant, which offers gourmet cuisine based on local products. The SPA includes a large relaxation area with swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Kneipp path, hammam, Turkish bath, 2 saunas, emotional showers, and a wide choice of beauty treatments. The wood that surrounds the "Tenuta de L'annunziata", has been studied with the Bioenergetic Landscapes technique and 40 areas have been selected for their beneficial properties.
