Me­ri­dia­na ha una nuo­va iden­ti­tà de­cli­na­ta sul no­me Air Ita­ly. Me­ri­dia­na ha una flot­ta di Boeing 767 e 737 men­tre la flot­ta di Air Ita­ly è at­tual­men­te com­po­sta da 8 Boeing 737 NG e 3 Boeing 767- 300 che sa­rà rin­no­va­ta con 8 nuo­vi ae­ro­mo­bi­li du­ran­te il 2018, di cui 3 nuo­vi Boeing 737 MAX 8 e 5 Air­bus A330- 200 e con l’usci­ta dal­la flot­ta dei B767- 300 en­tro fi­ne an­no. Dall’Ae­ro­por­to di Mi­la­no Ber­ga­mo col­le­ga Ol­bia con vo­li di li­nea gior­na­lie­ri dal 1 lu­glio al 31 ago­sto 2018 e inol­tre Ca­po Ver­de, Mar­sa Alam e Sharm el Shei­kh si­no a mag­gio. Me­ri­dia­na has a new iden­ti­ty and is now kno­wn as Air Ita­ly. Me­ri­dia­na has a fleet of Boeing 767 and 737 air­craft whi­le Air Ita­ly’s fleet cur­ren­tly com­po­sed of 8 Boeing 737 NG and 3 Boeing 767- 300 air­craft. It will be re­fur­bi­shed wi­th 8 new air­craft du­ring 2018 - 3 new Boeing 737 MAX 8 and 5 Air­bus A330- 200 air­craft - and will wi­th­draw its fleet of B767- 300 air­craft be­fo­re the end of the year.
