The lobby morphs into an art gallery, where emerging artists exhibit their innovative works ranging from painting to sculpture. The exhibit continues into the “Graffiti Urban Bistrot” restaurant, which has a more Underground soul. Here there are important murals in Grattage on glass by acclaimed local artists.
The work is a powerful graffiti composed of two parts, one movable and the other fixed. The artist shows scenes of daily life in a Rome that is both strange and romantic, pulling the viewer into the work of art itself. One side represents
Rome through the convergence of its history and modern innovation: the Colosseum merges with the mirrored palaces of EUR; the Gazometer and the Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul mingle with the centuries-old columns of the Forums, the arches of the Roman Aqueduct and the Art Nouveau buildings of North Rome.
The movable section consists of four separate panels that represent a subway station -a theater in which the stories of daily life are staged.
The train departs from here, heading towards a multisensory dimension composed of culture and discovery.
