Al Ristorante Oro si cena sotto una cupola dorata, illuminata da scintillanti lampadari in vetro di Murano. L’ha immaginata così l’interior designer Adam D. Tihany, che ha avuto il privilegio di imprimere il suo stile a uno degli alberghi di Venezia più frequentati dal jet set. È così dal 1958, anno dell’inaugurazione del Belmond Hotel Cipriani, e ancor di più dal 2015, da quando ai fornelli c’è l’Executive Chef Davide Bisetto, trevigiano con la passione per la cucina del suo territorio che ha trovato qui la sua “casa”. E la sua stella Michelin, grazie a creazioni che sembrano attingere dall’immaginario di Jackson Pollock, trovando poi l’abbinamento perfetto a una delle oltre mille etichette in carta.
