Chef Luciano Sarzi Sartori has clear ideas: seasonal products and Mediterranean inspirations are the basis of his cuisine, proposed in the hushed atmosphere of the Brunello Restaurant. During the day it is perfect for lunch - maybe with a Club Sandwich in the veggie version – but it is at its best in the evening, lit by ad hoc light points and candles and offering its haute cuisine menu.
