We are in an an­cient no­ble re­si­den­ce in the cen­tre of San Benedetto, an ideal pla­ce to ta­ste meat and lo­cal pro­duc­ts in crea­ti­ve rein­ter­pre­ta­tions by young chef (born in 1984) Sa­bri­na Tu­zi from Fer­mo.
