Dopo tre anni a Porto Recanati, causa terremoto, lo chef Enrico Mazzaroni è tornato nel suo ristorante tra i monti. Ma ha introdotto il pesce («Mela rosa e acciuga», per esempio). Poche camere semplici, la colazione è gourmet.
