A spasso tra i filari: degustazioni, grandi vini e inedite bollicine
Nel tempo in cui armeresti e disarmeresti una barca, puoi raggiungere le colline di Montecarlo, nei pressi di Lucca. Niente di più affascinante per una gita a cui chiedere di accontentare il palato, la vista e l’animo. La Tenuta del Buonamico fa parte delle aziende storiche che compongono il panorama della doc Montecarlo. Dunque fascino, storia, passione e ovviamente etichette di pregio accompagnano questa escursione oltre le spiagge nobili della Versilia. Facile da raggiungere in auto, la tenuta offre la possibilità di trascorrere una giornata a spasso tra filari e spazi di lavoro, accompagnati nella visita e nelle degustazioni dai vignaioli. Annusando i profumi delle colline e immaginando di dare corpo ai racconti che colorano la storia della fattoria, la degustazione si trasforma in un abbraccio con le migliaia di mani che nel tempo stillano e raccolgono nel bicchiere tanti piccoli sorsi di eccellenza. Un trascorso e un sapere diventati ormai moderni nel design e nelle linee geometriche della cantina dalle ampie vetrate affacciate sulle vigne. Luogo deputato ad ospitare mostre d’arte o cene private. L’offerta enologica della Tenuta del Buonamico è vasta e spazia dai bianchi (simbolo di questa doc) ai rossi (alcuni affinati in barrique), soffermandosi su un rosé e tre tipologie differenti di bollicine. Per un totale di dodici eleganti etichette, tutte in degustazione qualora si decida di far visita. E se bianchi e rossi a Montecarlo stanno di casa, la bollicina è una vera “chicca” per gourmet che fa la sua bella figura sul pesce ma anche sulla carne. “Particolare” come il suo nome, è proposta in veste brut, rosé e première cuvée (l’ultima nata, per veri intenditori, non a caso si chiama “Inedito”). Eugenio Fontana è un padrone di casa che ama la tecnologia ma solo se al servizio della tradizione. A lui il padre Dino ha passato il compito di mettere nuova linfa nell’azienda. And so, this excursion beyond the noble Versilia beaches is a plunge into a fascinating world of history, fine wines, and passion for a noble calling. Easy to reach by car, the estate offers day-long tours of the vineyards and work spaces, with the vintners themselves as exceptional guides and tasting gurus. As you breathe in the scents of the hill country and, in your mind’s eye, stage the many anecdotes that recount the winery’s history, tasting turns into an embrace from the thousands of hands which over time have tapped the barrels and captured in a glass a million tiny sips of excellence. A history and skills now grown modern, in the ancient cellars and in the design and geometries of the visitors’ area, with its panoramic windows overlooking the plantings. The perfect venues for art exhibitions and private dinners. The Tenuta del Buonamico wine offer is vast, from the whites (the symbol of this doc) to the reds (some aged in barriques), a rosé, and three different sparkling wines. For a total of twelve elegant labels, all available to visitors for the tasting.
