Titled after a work by the ‘impertinent British duo’ Gilbert & George, this exhibition brings together a selection of 23 works exploring the wave of artistic renewal that swept through Great Britain in the late Eighties and early Nineties, and was known as the YBA (Young British Artists) movement. The show features the works of 16 young artists who broke with the older generation of artists and brazenly imposed totally innovative signs, messages and expressive codes on their art, beginning with their charismatic, irreverent and provocative leader Damien Hirst.
