A work­force of 120 peo­ple work at Peck, a num­ber that has in­creased to al­most 150 with Ci­tyLife. The via Spadari lo­ca­tion is spread over a space of 4,000 square me­ters, of which one third is de­voted to sales and eater­ies. The re­main­der is used to store raw in­gre­di­ents, for prod­uct age­ing pro­cesses and the ac­tual phys­i­cal pro­cess­ing of the food. ALL FRESH. Ap­prox­i­mately 5.5 tons of gas­tro­nomic prod­ucts are pro­duced daily at Peck. BESTELLERS. Cus­tomer favourites at Peck in­clude Rus­sian salad, pâté, lob­ster and lasagna. Among the most widely re­quested dishes at its restau­rants are risotto alla Mi­lanese, breaded veal cut­lets and renowned vitello ton­nato.
