Oa­sis 135’ is Be­net­ti’s Class li­ne new 41 me­tre di­spla­cing ya­cht pro­ject wi­th hull and su­per­struc­tu­re in fi­bre­glass (GRP) con­cei­ved to slot in­to a spe­cial ni­che of the mar­ket in­ten­ded for di­scer­ning ow­ners wi­th a ve­ry per­so­nal con­cept of life on board. Oa­sis 135’ as the na­me sug­gests wan­ts to be an islet whe­re to en­joy well being and rest­ful, even se­clu­ded mo­men­ts. This well kno­wn Italian shi­pyard tur­ned to the Bri­ti­sh RWD stu­dio to hand­le the ex­te­riors whi­le the New York Bo­net­ti/ Ko­zer­ski stu­dio map­ped out the in­te­riors whi­ch prio­ri­ti­ze un­de­nia­ble ele­gan­ce and re­fi­ned taste wi­thout being for­mal. What ma­kes this pro­ject stand out from the cho­rus li­ne is the un­de­nia­ble vi­sual con­ti­nui­ty bet­ween in­te­rior and ex­ter­nal spa­ces whi­ch con­vey a fee­ling whi­ch co­mes clo­se to that of a lar­ge floa­ting loft whe­re sea con­tact is vir­tual­ly ever pre­sent. Fol­lo­wing this prin­ci­ple, the Nor­th Ame­ri­can stu­dio has de­vi­sed ve­ry ori­gi­nal hi­gh lof­ty cei­lings wi­th lar­ge win­dow li­ke gla­zed ports whi­ch de­li­ver loads of na­tu­ral light al­mo­st eve­ry­whe­re. Spa­ces are not clear­ly de­fi­ned at all so that in­si­de or out seem to be al­mo­st one can­cel­ling any sen­se of di­vi­sion. Mat­ching co­lour sche­mes en­han­ce this con­si­de­ra­bly and fir­st and fo­re­mo­st co­mes the li­be­ral use of teak floo­ring eve­ry­whe­re th­rou­ghout the deck as well. The main deck of­fers a tru­ly lar­ge area con­tou­red by glass pa­nel­ling con­tai­ning a bar and am­ple sea­ting so it can dou­ble as a di­ning room as well as well­ness/fit­ness area. Still along the sa­me deck we co­me to the ow­ner’s sui­te and mo­st im­por­tan­tly to the ac­cess lea­ding to the beach ter­ra­ce spor­ting a mo­re than 6 squa­re me­tre in­fi­ni­ty pool whi­ch looks out on­to the sea, whi­le two la­ter- al plat­forms open out­wards for­ming a pro­per si­zed out­door ter­ra­ce. A pair of bal­co­nies, one si­tua­ted on the sa­me le­vel as the well­ness area and the other on the ou­ter ed­ge of the ow­ner’s sui­te fur­ther con­tact wi­th the ex­te­rior sur­roun­dings. The guests’ quar­ters are si­tua­ted along the lo­wer deck whe­re two VIP ca­bins ta­ke the lion’s share wi­th lar­ge dou­ble beds and a fur­ther two ca­bins are twins. This area of the ya­cht sports light co­lou­red ma­te­rials wi­th skin, lea­ther and ro­sewood in­serts whi­ch crea­te a re­fi­ned and ele­gant at­mo­sphe­re. The shi­pyard of­fers ano­ther so­lu­tion whi­ch prin­ci­pal­ly con­sists in even lighter ma­te­rials for a spor­tier look. In eve­ry ca­se clien­ts can choo­se ma­te­rials and co­lours ac­cor­din­gly. Ano­ther real­ly ori­gi­nal aspect the Oa­sis135’ pos­ses­ses is the

helm con­trols sta­tion whi­ch has been con­cei­ved to re­sem­ble a loun­ge area wi­th com­for­ta­ble so­fas and sea­ting in ad­di­tion to all the na­vi­ga­tio­nal aids usual­ly in­stal­led in­to this class of mo­tor ya­cht. Be­net­ti Oa­sis 135’ should de­li­ver a re­com­men­ded crui­sing speed of 14.5 kno­ts wi­th peaks of 15. At 11 kno­ts the ya­cht’s ran­ge is of ap­pro­xi­ma­te­ly 4,000 nau­ti­cal mi­les.
