Nomen omen. Reale Yachts ha battezzato Ombra il progetto di uno Shadow Vessel di 37 metri. Si tratta dell’evoluzione del Pacifico 32 la cui prima unità è in avanzata fase di costruzione presso il cantiere Reale a Pisa, ma non può essere considerato un yacht di supporto tout court. Anzi, più che come Shadow Vessel, Ombra 37 nasce come imbarcazione principale ed è pensato per tutti coloro che desiderano vivere in totale libertà, e in totale comfort, l’esperienza di un Explorer vessel. Diversamente dagli altri yacht di questo genere, infatti, Ombra 37 ha interni lussuosi e confortevoli e finiture di alto livello. Scafo e sovrastruttura sono in lega leggera di alluminio, mentre le linee di carena sono improntate alla massima efficienza, tanto che lo yacht raggiunge una velocità massima di 23 nodi e, a una velocità di crociera di 12 nodi, assicura un’autonomia ben più che transatlantica: 5000 miglia. A inserire Ombra 37 nella categoria degli Shadow Vessel dunque sono non tanto la funzione, quanto il grande ponte di coperta, progettato per ospitare battelli di supporto e toys fino a 14 metri e l’ampio garage interno. A bordo c’è posto per otto persone in quattro cabine. Un appartamento armatoriale sul main deck e due cabine vip e una a letti gemelli sul lower deck.

Reale Yachts presents “Ombra”, the concept of a new 37-meter shadow vessel proposed as the evolution of the Pacifico 32, the first unit of which is currently under construction at the shipyard’s headquarters in Pisa, Italy. Far from being a mere shadow vessel, this new model is a fully-fledged cruiser, suitable for anyone wishing to live the experience of an Explorer vessel in total freedom and comfort. Unlike the other yachts of this kind, in fact, Ombra 37 features luxury and comfortable interiors with high-end finishes. Hull and superstructure are in light aluminum alloy while the hull lines are extremely efficient and allow the yacht to reach a maximum and a cruising speed of 23 and 12 knots respectively, with an extraordinary range of 5,000 nautical miles. Nevertheless, the shadow vessel nature is visible on the large deck, designed to accommodate chaise boats and toys up to 14 meters in a wide interior garage. The sleeping zone can accommodate 8 people in 4 distinct cabins: a master apartment on the main deck, two VIP cabins and a twin-bedded berth on the lower deck.
