L’ESPRIT DE VOYAGE

In mid-March it became possible to order the DS 4 and DS 7 Esprit De Voyage, the new, iconic DS Automobiles collection inspired by French savoir-faire and the world of travel. Both models are based on the Rivoli version and feature the Esprit de Voyage badge, a logo depicting a stylised ray pattern map of Europe. The side mirror housings are personalised with an engraved laser beam design that gives the two models an even greater feeling of movement and aerodynamic sleekness. The DS 4 and DS 7 Esprit de Voyage are available in six liveries, five of which are shared. Grigio Première, Platinum Grey, Lacquered Grey, Perla Nero Black and Pearl Crystal are common to both models, while Babylon Red is sported only by the DS 4, with Imperial Blue being the prerogative of the DS 7.

Both models offer a specification package comprising proximity keyless entry & start and front and rear parking sensors with reversing cameras, but the two versions also include distinctive features that differentiate them. The DS 4 Esprit De Voyage has 19” Cannes wheels and is equipped with DS Extended Head Up Display, DS Iris infotainment system, DS Smart Touch, DS Drive Assist 2.0 with level 2 autonomous drive and DS Matrix LED Vision headlights. It also has electric seats with massaging, ventilated backs, heated steering wheel, electric tailgate, aluminium pedals and soundproofed side windows.

The DS 7 Esprit De Voyage boasts 19” Oyama wheels and exclusive Pearl grey interiors created exclusively for this col

lection. The front seats are heated, massaging and ventilated, and the rear seats have an adjustable back. The specifications for the series have been enhanced, with DS Iris infotainment system, DS Pixel LED Vision 3.0, aluminium pedals, PolyAmbient interior lighting, sound-absorbent side windows and electrically-operated tailgate with handsfree access.

The DS 4 Esprit De Voyage is available in Italy at a base price of € 43,000, with prices for the DS 7 Esprit de Voyage starting at € 49,750. Both models offer three power options, petrol, diesel or plug-in hybrid.
