Dream experiences and nature
The first element that strikes, in Aruba, are the incredible beaches, and there are really for all tastes. Those who love the nightlife can not miss Palm Beach, a long tongue of white sand that overlooks a calm and transparent sea. During the day it is a paradise for sports, at night all the fun is concentrated: this is the area where most of the clubs and restaurants are located, as well as the most luxurious hotels. The most photographed, however, is the Eagle Beach, often elected as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Merit of the turquoise water, but also of the fofoti, the trees symbol of the island. It is no coincidence that this is the favorite destination of those who want to take some romantic pictures, but also for those who fly here to celebrate romantic weddings on the bea
ch. It has a very special charm Mangel
Halto, a small hidden beach which is accessed through an impressive mangrove forest: the sand is white and thin, and the seabed is the best in all Aruba for snorkeling. Those who prefer the wild coast of the north will have to be more careful, because here the currents are very strong. However, there are small isolated bays, such as Dos Playa, truly magnificent with its contrast of colors. Not to be missed is the spectacular private island of the Renaissance Resort, where even tourists who are not staying at the hotel can access by water cab. Its characteristic? A small community of flamingos that frolic happily by the sea. The hinterland, then, is even more fascinating. First of all, there are the beautiful long stretches of aloe vera, a plant that has been cultivated on Aruba since the mid-nineteenth century and that has become the island’s most exported product, especially in the form of cosmetics. And then, on the wild northern coast, lies the Arikok National Park, a protected area rich in tall cacti and endemic vegetation, full of caves, natural pools and rock formations such as Casibari Rock, boulders of reddish-brown diorite sculpted by the wind.
