Regenerating body and mind

Se dovessi descrivere con una sola parola questo numero, sarebbe senza dubbio "rigenerazione". Si tratta infatti di un tema ricorrente in tutte le destinazioni da noi testate, a partire proprio da Palazzo Fiuggi, vera e propria culla della longevità nella quale il benessere si fonde con la scienza per fermare il tempo. Ma rigenerazione significa anche rinnovamento spirituale e rinascita mentale: ecco allora la verdissima Slovenia (dove vi porteremo a scoprire un itinerario meraviglioso fuori dalle solite rotte...), gli Onsen del Giappone, Botania (la nostra Spring Issue cover), Castel Steinbock e l'Adler Spa Resort in Alto Adige. Should i describe this issue with one word, it would undoubtedly be "regeneration."
