RAFFLE VS. CAMPOUT

-

Getting your hands on the latest, super-limited hot sneaker drop is a challenge that requires determination, character, patience and plenty of luck. Once the drop date is circled on your calendar, there are two ways to try your chances - a r affle or campout. The first has gained popularity with stores eager to avoid mob scenes, a case in point being hundreds of sneakerheads camped outside the Luisa Via Roma store in Florence for four days for a pair of the Nike x Off-White Air VaporMax. Raffles are held either on Instagram or online. If you opt for camping out, bear in mind it’s first-come, first-served. Dress comfortably, bring drinks and snacks, and be prepared for an overnight shift. Either way, keep your fingers crossed.
