Multi-starred chef Gian­carlo Per­bellini has fi­nally landed in Mi­lan. Lo­cated in via della Moscova, just a stone’s throw from the pic­turesque Brera district, in keep­ing with the chef’s phi­los­o­phy of break­ing down the bar­rier be­tween chef and diner, his restau­rant ex­udes an air of sim­ple yet el­e­gant con­vivi­al­ity, with cop­per, slate and wengé wood in­te­ri­ors. In ad­di­tion to re­gional recipes, in­fused with sea­sonal in­gre­di­ents, his menu pays trib­ute to Milanese tra­di­tion with saf­fron risotto and breaded veal cut­lets, re­vis­ited by the chef in terms of tex­ture and ap­pear­ance. The dessert menu fea­tures one of Per­bellini’s most fa­mous treats: his un­miss­able in­ter­pre­ta­tion of a clas­sic mille­feuille.
