DATE WITH ART AT PALAZZO MARINO
For the eleventh consecutive year, the City of Milan renews its traditional Christmas date with art at the imposing 16th century Palazzo Marino, its headquarters since 1861. This time, the star of the show is Perugino’s ‘Adoration of the Magi’, the large altarpiece created by the artist around 1473 for the church of Santa Maria dei Servi in Perugia, housed in Umbria's Galleria Nazionale. In addition to the above, the courtyard of the ‘palazzo' hosts a large ‘presepe', a nativity scene of the Umbrian tradition. Admission free.
