Keep up the good work, JN Group

-

Dear Editor,

I want to take this opportunity to thank JN Group for the wonderful work it has been doing as a good corporate citizen.

One can’t help but notice that it has been sponsoring and funding a number of important and innovative events across the island. As a new member I am impressed with the fact that we are reaching out and helping to build a better Jamaica.

Since becoming a commercial bank the group has really been making a name for itself and proving that it can compete with the “big guys”. And, JN Group is not only competing, but doing very well.

I recently had to move my account from one of the big guys in banking to JN Bank because the interest rates were much better and the service was excellent. I had heard other people talking about the attractive interest rates and the service as well. The big guys just care about the big profits and not about the people they serve.

So far, I am very impressed with this group.

I also noticed that the group employs many young people, and that is commendable in so many ways. Young people need a chance and an opportunity. A lot of them have started university studies but cannot afford to finish, some want to start but cannot find the resources to start. So employing these youngsters really helps them and helps Jamaica get rid of some of these idle young people who have the potential to better themselves.

The only thing I think can be done a little better with the JN Group is that, yes, it employs the young people for a short time, but if they are performing why not get them on staff and give them all the benefits that all staff members get? Don’t just foster them for a short time but adopt them fully into the family, because you already make them feel like part of the family.

Thank you for the wonderful service, JN Group.
