More tell­ers, NCB

Dear Edi­tor,

Na­tional Com­mer­cial Bank (NCB) should do much bet­ter for cus­tomers util­is­ing the ser­vices of its in-branch tell­ers.

I can­not un­der­stand why the bank has failed to have more em­ploy­ees oc­cupy the teller wick­ets so that those of us who have to go into the branch to do a trans­ac­tion can come out of the bank in a short time.

If you want to waste time then en­ter a branch of NCB, as it takes at least 45 min­utes in a line to do a trans­ac­tion last­ing three min­utes at the teller.

The bank con­tin­ues to make su­per prof­its each year, yet still their cus­tomer
