More tellers, NCB
National Commercial Bank (NCB) should do much better for customers utilising the services of its in-branch tellers.
I cannot understand why the bank has failed to have more employees occupy the teller wickets so that those of us who have to go into the branch to do a transaction can come out of the bank in a short time.
If you want to waste time then enter a branch of NCB, as it takes at least 45 minutes in a line to do a transaction lasting three minutes at the teller.
