Buju ticket sites back online

Tomlinson could not say how many tickets were sold, but sales of early bird tickets for the day were suspended on both websites.

“I am still awaiting a report on the ticket sales for the day. It is understood that there would be a rush on tickets on the first day. People just want to ensure that they get their tickets and it is not sold-out. As the days go along, it should get much easier to purchase tickets online,” she stated.

At Wednesday’s press launch for the tour and concert, it was revealed that tickets will be available online initially, with physical outlets opening closer to the show.

Marlon Burke of the show’s production team, said based on the propensity for scammers, a decision was taken to hold the sale of physical tickets.

“We will be having physical tickets in outlets. We are quite aware of the ticket scalpers and the scammers and we have a policy that we are trying to implement, so we are begging you to bear with us. So for right now tickets will only be available online,” he told Splash.
