'Frozen custard, frozen yogurt, sorbet and gelato' are just a few names used to describe the flavourful treat in other parts of the world. It can be made from either, dairy milk, cream or soy, cashew, coconut or almond milk and is flavoured with sugar or another alternative sweetener along with added spices such as cocoa or vanilla and topped with colourings. It is then stored in extremely low temperatures, below the freezing point of water to prevent detectable ice crystals from forming.

This wonderfully awesome snack can be had any time of day and in any location deemed appropriate. It's not confined to being a dessert option as it can be consumed for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Treat your pallet, you deserve some flavourful goodness!
