A STOVE FOR MS GWENNIE

It was a bright day for 80-year-old Olga Smith, also called Ms Gwennie, of Epsom in St Mary when Icons of Annotto Bay, headed by New York-based Wyatt “Spur” Williams, presented her with a new gas stove along with a cylinder at her residence, at the end of a 14-day curfew that locked down sections of St Mary South Eastern. Here, Dr Nagendra Babu Chandlou (right), director of Icons, formally hands over the stove to Ms Gwennie at centre.
