#Shoplocal@cpj PART 2 Cannonball Ready Ready Meals

-

Cannonball Café is owned and operated by Laura Matalon-chandley, Karen Matalon, and Ian Chandley, and is an established brand on the Kingston restaurant scene, in operation since 2003 when it began as a corner café in Manor Park Plaza. It has since grown to four locations in Kingston, adding locations in the Barbican, New Kingston and Liguanea areas.

Cannonball ensures that our customers receive the highest level of service, freshest foods and superior dining experience.

Since the onset of COVID, our customers wanted to still enjoy our freshly prepared food in the comfort of their own home, so we developed the concept of ‘ready, ready’ items. Ready to Heat and Ready to Eat. Focusing on high-quality and fresh locally sourced ingredients while making it very convenient for old and young alike to enjoy these meals at their convenience. We have been supplying these items islandwide since June 2020 and entered into the CPJ Market November 2020. We have been creative with our menu which include oxtail pot pie, curry goat pot pie, shepherd’s pie, a wide variety of chicken items, lasagnes, and much, much more.
