CONGRATULATIONS ON 30 YEARS

As you and the family celebrate 30 years of building your brand and that of the community, I want to express my appreciation for what you have done for our beautiful home of Treasure Beach. I’ve had the privilege to witness most steps of the beautiful, tiresome, demanding and rocky times of this 30 year, but you never wavered! You believed in this community and as such you sought to develop it in a sustainable manner so visitors and community members alike could commune as a big family. Your act of unselfishness when it comes to showing Treasure Beach through your eyes and vision to anyone willing to view is commendable. You recommend, encourage and inspire people to buy, build, rent and live in this community and it doesn’t matter if they become your competitor because your true love of this community is what you show! You have contributed to this community in so many ways that others before have not, you give of yourself, staff, and resources to make this community better. Thank you for including me and recognizing me in your celebration and in the Jakes journey. Happy 30th year and wishing team Jakes and the family continued success. One love!

Jason and the team at Jakes are the poster child for community involvement and development. Besides being a tremendous friend of Jason and the entire family at Jake’s I’m also one of their most frequent visitors. The vibe that has been created at the resort is one of belonging just like a family and speaks to the leadership over the years.
