Health, Home & Garden Expo is slated for May 4 & 5 at the National Arena, Kingston. For this wonderful weekend the National Arena will come alive – transformed into a place of beauty and excitement!

-

The main aim of Health, Home & Garden Expo is to encourage the development of beautiful environments and healthy lifestyles. Equally important is the exposure it gives to several Jamaican business enterprises. There is no better advertising than bringing the buyer in direct contact with the products and with persons connected with these products with whom the buyer can interact.

Health, Home & Garden Expo is interactive. We encourage each visitor to participate in the activities at the booths, to do as many health checks as possible, attend a talk or participate in a workshop, watch and listen to good clean entertainment and leave feeling renewed!

For the weekend, May 4 & 5, we invite all Jamaicans at all ages to set aside 2-3 hours to experience this Expo With a Difference.

We guarantee you will leave feeling uplifted!

Apart from the beautifully executed booths with an array of products for the home, garden, healthy lifestyle and much more, there are several special features which make this Show so multifaceted:

There is Healthy Street – a special area dedicated to health. Here, several health checks can be done (some free of cost). There will also be counselling and advice from health professionals. Take advantage of this and aim to have as many checks done as possible – all under one roof.

The Artists’ Village – a main feature, is vibrant with a wide array of the best of Jamaican art and craft, paintings, ceramics, jewellery, clothing and much, much more! The response to the Artists’ Village has always been good. Art pieces will be on sale here. There will also be items on sale in several other booths - so it will be a great place for shopping.

Health, Home & Garden Expo is for friends

and family and as such the Children’s Village is an integral part. Here, there are organized games and entertainment especially geared for children. Sherwin Williams will continue to be an active participant in the Village again this year in addition to our usual offerings of fun and games.

There is a Small Business Centre – Over the years, we have always had requests from several individuals, asking if we have space for persons with very small or new businesses who cannot quite afford a regular booth space. This Small Business Centre was included with these persons in mind. Participation in the Small Business Centre can provide a launching pad for a new business or a boost for an existing one.

Our Entertainment Package will be, as usual, varied and positive. There will be live entertainment as well as other fun activities on stage at intervals throughout each day. Representing the best of Jamaica!

Our popular Talks on ‘Women’s Health’ and ‘Men’s Health’ have always been well received in the past and will continue to be important features of this Show with health professionals giving useful information and advice. Patrons may write questions on paper if they wish, so they can feel comfortable asking anything of several well-known specialists. Women’s Health is on Saturday evening – Men’s Health on Sunday.

The Decorating and Gardening Workshops have always been popular with an interactive style. Patrons are invited to try their hand at activities like colour planning, painting, circumposing, transplanting and grafting etc. Professionals in the different areas will also be available to answer any questions they may have on their individual homes or gardens. We invite patrons to take photos of their homes or gardens along with them to the Show, for more specific advice. For info: 876-924-4985.
