Edgewater, Portals clash in semis

Defending champions Edgewater FC will take on East Portmore Portals in the opening semi-final game of a double-header, in the Pines Imaging Centre-sponsored Portmore Under-17 Football League at Cedar Grove playing field at 1 p.m. In the second semi-final, Portmore United take on Cedar Grove at 3 p.m.

Meanwhile, Portmore had to dig deep last Saturday to secure their semi-final spot, as they clipped Daytona 2-1 in their final preliminary-round game.
