At left is Miss Jamaica, Miss Gail Phillips and at right, Miss Independence and Miss St James Rita Faye Chambers. Miss Arnill was starting a nine-day stay to Jamaica, visiting Montego Bay and Kingston, in return to the visit made to the Bon Soo Winter Carnival in February by Miss Jamaica.
