WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS
We must admit, while we thought we could have won the World Twenty20 tournament in India, we never thought it would have played out the way it did – under pressure. Not only did the men win, but so did the women and the Under-19 teams. Congratulations to all three teams. It was a hard task and they left the West Indies countries celebrating a trifecta. For the men, it was not without a bit of sass, with Marlon Samuels sticking it to Shane Warne and Darren Sammy setting the record straight with the West Indies Cricket Board. Who knew the gentleman’s game would be so full of drama?
JANET JACKSON PREGNANT?
The 49-year-old Jackson sister announced that she was delaying her world tour in order to start a family. While the majority have expressed happiness over the news, the question on everyone’s mind is – is Janet Jackson pregnant? Will she be getting a surrogate, or is she opting for adoption? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
FLUFFY VS CURVY SAGA
We have all heard or watched the verbal display of emotions on ‘Magnum Kings and Queens’ last week between the Fluffy Diva Miss Kitty and the Curvy Diva Yanique. Miss Kitty was trying to clear the air after Yanique alluded to a beef between the two. All we can say is there is a time and place for everything – can’t we all just get along?
USAIN BOLT SHOWS OFF HIS GIRLFRIEND
Just months ago, the fastest man alive revealed that he had a new girlfriend. On Bacchanal Road March, Bolt was taped gyrating in the sunny streets with his beauty straddled over his waistline.
Many saw the video as disingenuous, while others were just happy to see the lovebirds in action. By nightfall, Bolt had posted a photo of himself with his belle on his bike with the caption, ‘President and first lady’, which received many likes, shares and comments of approval, and disapproval. The two went on to trend for most of the week.
ROB KARDASHIAN AND ANGELA ‘BLAC CHYNA’ KARDASHIAN
Rob has proposed to Blac Chyna, and let’s say that the family might not be too pleased with the choice. The wedding will be very tense if all the family chooses to attend – Chyna has a child with Tyga who is dating Rob’s sister, Kylie; Chyna’s bestie is Amber Rose, who dated Kim’s husband, Kanye West.
Imagine the E special if they have one. But the drama will be if the couple has children, and so does Kylie and Tyga, they will both be cousins and half-brother to the child between Tyga and Blac Chyna. How will they explain this to their offspring? Well, the Kardashians consider themselves royalty so, we guess that’s why they are keeping it in the family. Good luck, Rob! We will be watching.
