Fabulous brunch and tee
PUTTING ASIDE the figures and donning fabulous ensembles for the day, the team from Sagicor Bank turned up the style-o-metre on Sunday by hosting 250 of their clients from across the island to a fabulous Corporate and Commercial Banking Brunch and Tee at the Runaway Golf Club in St Ann.
Sumptuous fare, courtesy of resident restaurant The Great Escape; a picturesque green to knock a few golf balls around; live music from Dwight Richards and Friends; and painting classes for the artistically inclined, formed part of what turned out to be a memorable occasion hosted by the team from the financial institution.
Sagicor’s Alysia MoultonWhite, brand experience and special projects manager, excelled as MC for the event, attended by President and CEO of Sagicor Richard Byles, Chris Zacca, who will replace Byles, among others.
It was Michael Willacy, vicepresident, corporate banking, who introduced what he described as the best team in banking that he has worked with.
But it was all about the clients and making them feel appreciated. He added, “This is just a small token of how much we appreciate you.” This was confirmed by President and CEO of Sagicor Bank Donovan Perkins. “We really want to use this as an opportunity to show our appreciation for the business that you’ve brought to us at Sagicor,” he added.
And there was no doubt that they felt that way. The food was simply delicious and Richards, the professional that he is, was equally entertaining on sax as he was on vocal, even getting Ocho Rios branch manager for Sagicor Insurance, Mavis Ferguson, to sing a few lines of
