Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has advised that at a Board of Directors’ meeting held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 a resolution was passed appointing Marlene Street Forrest, the current general manager and company secretary, as Managing Director and a member of the board of directors effective April 3, 2017. JSE further advised that Miss Roxanne Hutchinson, senior legal officer will be appointed the new company secretary. Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited has advised that at a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for April 5, 2017 an interim dividend payment will be considered. SJ further advised that two senior officers and a related party purchased a total of 85,556 SJ shares during the period March 24 to 28, 2017. Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited has advised that a connected party sold a total of 10,000 CPJ shares on March 28, 2017. ISP Finance Services Limited has advised that a connected party sold a total of 500,000 ISP shares on February 24, 2017. NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) has advised of the following changes to the organisational structure of National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) effective April 3, 2017. Septimus (Bob) Blake will be promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Blake’s present responsibilities as Senior General Manager of Treasury & Correspondent Banking Division and Payment Services have been split between Tanya WatsonFrancis becoming the Head of Treasury & Correspondent Payment & Services, and Claudette Rodriquez becoming the Head of Payment Services. They along with the heads of Retail and Corporate Banking will report to Blake. Danielle Cameron Duncan will be appointed Head of Non-Branch Channels.
