Sanchez for Appleton Estate Signature Nights
THE APPLETON Estate Signature Nights series begins this Thursday, at OMG Restaurant and Coffee Bar in Mandeville with lovers rock veteran Sanchez.
Appleton Estate Signature Nights is a sensitisation programme combining the education of Appleton Estate Signature V/X Blend and entertainment from some of the biggest names in Jamaica’s music scene. This year, Appleton Estate Signature Nights will tour the island, making stops in Mandeville, Kingston, Old Harbour, Montego Bay, Negril and Ocho Rios.
Tamika West, marketing manager, J. Wray and Nephew Limited, in offering details for the series, said “Appleton Estate Signature Nights offers a rich ‘edutainment’ blend of Jamaica’s most treasured creations: reggae music and rum. Throughout 2017, the convivial spirit of Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum will be poured at the style bars: OMG, M10, Kaluga, Pier 1, Kenny’s, Macau, Ribbiz, and Ocean’s 11, to the backdrop of sweet, live reggae music.

This Thursday’s instalment of Appleton Estate Signature Nights at OMG will feature a live performance from Sanchez. With over 30 years’ experience on Jamaica’s music scene, he is expected to deliver a memorable performance.

Admission to the event is free – by invitation only, which can be collected at OMG before the event. Patrons will also get a mason jar with the purchase of a Q at $1,200. Gates open at 8 p.m., with the hour-long set commencing at 9 p.m.
