The 2017 staging of the Manning’s School Bigga Westmorela­nd Curry Festival promises to break the barrier of creativity and innovation. The daytime entertainm­ent will include: Zip-lining Dominoes for the men Bingo for the ladies Horseback riding Rock climbing Kiddies’ village Celebrity cook-off Magician

What’s new and exciting? There will be a masseur to relax your mind and body; beautifull­y designed ceramic pieces for sale from a master potter, who is offering a 10 per cent discount to all teachers with identifica­tion.

The evening package will include performanc­es from some of the best local talents in the entertainm­ent industry – the likes of Romaine Virgo, Mascika, Vanessa Bling, Stylex and Grandpa

The culinary delights will include curried squid, curried duck, curried soup, curried jackfruit seed, curried tofu, curried chicken soup, curried seafood fried rice and curried porridge.

Trending vocalists such as Ifetari,

fresh from her European tour, Yeshwa, Kurt D Flurt, Knock Life and Amadi promise to make it an electrifyi­ng event. There will be free rides for the children from 11 a.m.-12 p.m., and a free drink to all patrons upon entry, courtesy of the main sponsor, Wisynco, with its brand Bigga.
