Your True Shade Cosmetics is a Jamaican make-up and skincare company providing products such as cleansers, foundations, lip glosses, and lipsticks – all locally manufactured. Launched in 2014, this brand caters to all skin tones and types, offering a 360-degree make-up and skincare experience to its clients. Now, as one of the 2017 Vision Achievers, CEO Diane Plummer has not only created a solid vision for her company, but says that the programme “has definitely improved how I operate Your True Shade Cosmetics Ltd and helped to shape my future plans for growth. I was not only able to create a vision for my brand, but I developed a road map to get me there”.

A range of True Shade products that include the Bamboo Charcoal Peel Off mask, turmeric soap, translucent mousse, primer, foundation and loose-powder foundation.
