Sutton Street, between Duke and East streets, forces the Jamaica Omnibus Services (JOS) Ltd to relocate the termini of routes 27 and 29 as of October 25. A JOS release says the termini are being moved from Sutton Street to East Parade between East Queen Street and Laws Street. The termini will remain in this area until repairs are carried out to Sutton Street. Outward journeys on routes 27 and 29 will proceed via Laws Street and Duke Street back on to the normal route. 1999:appointed Commission­ers are
