JMMB Group event to discuss reproductive journey
THE REPRODUCTIVE journey and issues surrounding it – parenting, infertility, options for conceiving, recovering from miscarriage, and the associated financial obligations – which are typically spoken about behind closed doors, will be the focal point of discussion at the upcoming JMMB Her Wealth Seminar. ALL-FEMALE AUDIENCE
The event, which is slated for this Saturday, November 18, at 2 p.m. at the company’s New Kingston-based head office, will give an all-female audience an opportunity to explore these issues in an interactive and thought-provoking environment.
Experts, Michelle Gordon, parenting lifestyle consultant and editor of B3 Parenting Magazine, will share insights on positive parenting practices and coping mechanisms, while associate psychologist, Sonia Wynter of Family Life Ministries, will speak to the psychosocial issues surrounding the reproductive journey.
Also sharing the occasion will be JodyAnn Jarrett, chief medical officer at Sylvan Family Care and consultant obstetrician/ gynaecologist, who will address the biological process and issues related to reproduction.
In explaining the relevance of this event, Felecia Williams, corporate manager, marketing at JMMB Group, said with November being celebrated as Parents Month, the company used the opportunity to shed some light on issues affecting parents and expectant parents. TESTIMONIAL SECTION
The seminar will include a testimonial section with Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn, Olympian and politician, who will share her views on delayed parenting; and Natalie Outar, popularly known as Natalia Oh, marketing consultant and lifestyle blogger, who will address single parenting.
The event forms a part of a series of allwoman lifestyle events organised by JMMB Group to complement its JMMB Her Wealth packaged financial solution launched earlier this year.
