Benefits of milk for the skin

REAL MILK is a well-known part of the usual morning routines, but customaril­y in a cereal bowl. Similar to the hydrating benefits acquired from real milk consumptio­n, this highly beneficial advantage of milk can be provided without ingestion. Real milk can be a favoured ingredient in skincare, as its vitamins and minerals are directly linked to nourishing skin types of all kind. Treasured for its high source of calcium, milk is fortified with other minerals that can support a good skincare routine.

FACE SCRUB RECIPE

Use real milk and oatmeal face scrub to gradually remove impurities like excess dead cells, dirt and pollution from deep within your skin pores.

Combine one tablespoon of ground oatmeal and one tablespoon of raw milk well.

Apply to your clean face, using your finger tips, and scrub gently in a circular motion. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cool water and pat dry.
