CHART WATCH: BILLBOARD Stability in top five, ‘Stony Hill’ at 49 weeks
Shaggy at 83 on Greatest 200 of All Time
IF THE Billboard Reggae Albums Chart for the week ending July 7 seems very much like the one for the previous week (which completed half of 2018 for the listing), then that is because in part, it is. Exactly. The top five remains unchanged. So Rebelution’s Free Rein is still number one, where it made its debut last week; Sting and Shaggy’s 44/876 is in second place for its 10th week on the chart; and Iration’s self-titled set settles in at third during its sixth week on the Billboard ranking. Rising racks up its sixth week of chart presence by retaining the fourth position, and the various – artiste set Tropical House Cruises to Jamaica completes a top five which seems frozen in time.
