Ian Miller gets new appointment at Billy Craig Insurance Brokers
BILLY CRAIG Insurance Brokers is celebrating the transition of its managing director, Ian Miller, to the role of chief technical director (CTD).
Miller has held the position of managing director for 25 years and has played a crucial role in the growth and development of the company during his tenure. He is widely recognised as one of the most qualified technicians in the Jamaican insurance industry and is also one of the few local holders of the widely recognised FCII accreditation from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
He also has a lifetime of experience in the local and international insurance industries, having worked for British company Eagle Star for 17 years before starting at Billy Craig in 1992. In his new role, Miller will be utilising his wealth of technical knowledge to help guide the decision-making process and product offerings at Billy Craig, as well as to help chart the future of the company.
