The delightful Tryall Beach Restaurant

-

LOCATED BY the sea, the Beach Restaurant and Bar at The Tryall Club is a delightful venue offering a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. During the evening, this is the ideal setting for dinner; moonlight on the ocean, the gentle lap and hiss of the waves and the balmy evening air.

At the helm of its operation is Executive Chef Salvatore Cusimano. Cusimano has over 20 years’ culinary experience in Italy, France, Ireland, Egypt and Jamaica. According to him, the establishment is all about

‘soul’ food – food that celebrates the oldworld and new-world cuisines with significant highlights of Jamaican culture and authenticity.

The menus at this chic restaurant incorporate fresh produce grown from their organic garden. The garden is irrigated by water from their own mountain spring. It grows a wide variety of salad leaves, herbs, arugula, tomatoes and other vegetables.

This year, the restaurant has introduced a new signature dish to the menu – Shrimp Coconut Curry Soup (served with a Scotch bonnet-scented crostini).

“This dish was personalised to represent the Caribbean flavours of Jamaica infused with organic herbs and spices grown from our garden here at Tryall, so this dish will deliver an unforgettable experience to our patrons,” Chef Salvatore.

Tryall makes for the ideal dining destination. Cusimano noted that they pride themselves on not just fantastically prepared food, but also service.

“The warm welcome that our patrons receive, our ability to anticipate and fulfil the needs of our clients through flexibility and culinary expertise, and our sincere commitment to personalised dining experiences that enlighten the taste buds and our clients’ sense of wellbeing.”
