Jamaica Energy Partners to host dental fair today

-

THE JAMAICA Energy Partners (JEP) is to today host its annual dental fair in Old Harbour Bay, St Catherine, free of cost to all residents.

The theme for this, the fourth staging of the dental fair, is ‘Creating Smiles for Life’, and it begins at 10 a.m. at the Old Harbour Bay Baptist Church. JEP says proper dental hygiene is important, and therefore, everyone should have access to this service. Residents can look forward to dental services such as tooth examinations, cleaning, and extractions.

There will be a registration process at the event, and each resident is asked to bring photo identification or a consent form for children under the age of 18 years old. The forms will be available at the front desk of the fair.

In order to have the processes of the day run smoothly, there will be JEP representatives available to assist throughout the day. JEP will also have volunteers present to teach residents about the importance of dental care and tell residents why each person should take healthcare seriously.

This is the second JEP event of this type for the year that will benefit the Old Harbour Bay residents. The first was the JEP’s Annual Health and Wellness Fair. This event is part of the completion of the JEP’s mandate to impact the society positively, and, as such, they, along with the West Kingston Power Partners, will put on blood drives in December.
