What do you plan to do to keep The Univer­sity of the West Indies (UWI), Mona cam­pus, the best univer­sity in the coun­try or even bet­ter?

I in­tend to mo­ti­vate the staff of The UWI to its max­i­mum ef­fi­ciency and pro­duc­tiv­ity, serv­ing the needs of the coun­try and the re­gion.

An im­por­tant part of my re­mit is stu­dent af­fairs. So I in­tend to con­tinue work­ing with stu­dents to en­sure that they max­imise their po­ten­tial for the short pe­riod of time that they are en­rolled at UWI.

As the chief ad­min­is­tra­tive of­fi­cer of the cam­pus, I have to sup­port the man­date of the prin­ci­pal and the univer­sity in en­sur­ing that the needs of our stu­dents, and, par­tic­u­larly, the cost of our ser­vice needs is met.
