-

CRMMETRY, THE first licensed Salesforce consultancy firm in the English-speaking Caribbean, hosted the much-anticipated inaugural event in its learning series, aptly titled ‘Cocktails & Conversations’, last Thursday at the CRU Bar.

Held under the theme, ‘Put the Customer at the Centre of your Business with Salesforce’, the first installment of the series featured presentations from company CEO Jordan Baskett, as well as Juan Miguel Borras, Salesforce senior

account manager for Latin America and the Caribbean.

The event highlighted the latest Salesforce technologies and demonstrated how they can be used to positively impact the performance and returns of local businesses. It also provided networking opportunities with existing and potential clients in a relaxed and informal setting.

CRMmetry was founded in 2017 by American tech guru, Jordan Baskett, and is the first Salesforce partner to be headquartered in Jamaica. The

company was born from a desire to help businesses understand their customers’ needs and solve problems by better managing customer information and interactions using Saleforce’s award-winning CRM technology. Through CRMmetry, Baskett is seeking to reduce business inefficiency stemming from bad customer relationship management practices while helping to drive Jamaica’s digital transformation forward by providing proven datadriven tools.
