The JSE Combined Index advanced by 1,642.82 points ( 0.31%) to close at 523,504.72.

The JSE Index advanced by 2,392.55 points ( 0.46%) to close at 526,643.89.

The JSE All Jamaican Composite Index advanced by 2,632.81 points ( 0.46%) to close at 578,445.63.

The JSE Select Index advanced by 48.87 points ( 0.36%) to close at 13,525.23.

The JSE Cross Listed Index closed at 100.00

The Junior Market Index declined by 50.86 points ( 1.39%) to close at 3,612.08.

The JSE USD Equities Index advanced by 1.20 points ( 0.62%) to close at 194.82.

The JSE Financial Index advanced by 0.53 points ( 0.37%) to close at 143.41.

Overall market activity resulted from trading in 69 stocks of which 30 advanced, 30 declined and nine traded firm.

Market volume amounted to 110,176,324 units valued at over $314,561,164.50. Sagicor Select Funds Limited – Financial was the volume leader with 60,735,373 units (55.13%) followed by Wigton Windfarm Limited ordinary shares with 37,108,554 units (33.68%) and Lasco Financial Services Limited with 1,244,222 units (1.13%).
