THE EDITOR, Sir: I SUSPECT the valuations for the real estate of the prime minister and the leader of the Opposition were closer to US$ than J$! I do agree with Daniel Thwaites (‘Unreal estate declarations’,

Sunday Gleaner, August 18, 2019) that to accept those figures as a genuine reflection of their real estate holdings is beyond ridiculous.

It is insulting to the intelligence of the Jamaican people!
